Why we built it
Many online games ask for an account, installation, or lengthy setup before the first move. TableDuel takes the opposite approach: choose a board game, enter a name, and send the private invite link to your opponent.
A short entry flow does not make the games shallow. We selected classic rule sets that are easy to learn but still offer meaningful decisions in every match.
Simplicity, clarity, and choice
The interface shows whose turn it is, how much time remains, and what the opponent chose after the game. Guest play is complete: registration is not required to play with a friend.
An account is an optional convenience. Create one if you want to keep match history or save favorite opponents.
Four different thinking games
Battleship rewards systematic search under hidden information. Gomoku is about spatial patterns and forcing threats. Connect Four requires planning around gravity, while Dots and Boxes is decided by chains and well-timed sacrifices.
Every game supports a human opponent. Gomoku, Connect Four, and Dots and Boxes can also be practiced against computer opponents at multiple difficulty levels.
Who is behind TableDuel?
TableDuel is owned and operated by Zoltán Joó, sole proprietor. The operator’s contact and registration details are listed in the Terms and Conditions, while controller information is provided in the Privacy Notice.
Game rules and guides are maintained to match the gameplay actually implemented on TableDuel. If a description is inaccurate or unclear, the contact page provides a direct way to report it.
Guest play and privacy
A friendly match does not require registration. Technical session data required to maintain a game is used for that purpose. Visitors can decide separately whether to allow optional analytics and marketing storage through the consent interface.

Continuous improvement
TableDuel development prioritizes stable gameplay, mobile usability, fast loading, and clear feedback. Specific bug reports and suggestions from players help determine which improvements should come first.
