1. Service provider

Hungarian tax number: 59746890-1-27
Registration number: 57795018

2. The service

TableDuel is a free online game platform for playing Battleship and five-in-a-row with another player via an invite code or against a computer. Registration is optional.

The service may display advertising. There are currently no paid features; separate terms and prior information will be provided before any paid feature is introduced.

3. Guest play and accounts

Guest play requires a display name and a random technical identifier connected to the browser session. An optional account lets players keep match history and favourite opponents.

Registration becomes active after email verification. Users must provide a reachable email address, keep their password confidential and avoid deceptive, unlawful or offensive display names. A forgotten password can be replaced through a time-limited, single-use link sent to the account email address. Accounts can be permanently deleted from the profile.

4. Minors

Minors may use the games. Users under 16 should create an account and consent to optional processing only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Marketing tracking cannot be enabled under 18. The games remain available when optional analytics and marketing technologies are refused. A legal guardian may request deletion of an account and personal data relating to a child.

5. Game rules and invite codes

Server-side rules determine whether a move is valid. Anyone who has an invite code may join the corresponding open match, so share it only with the person you want to play.

In an active match against another person, each move has a 30-second time limit. If time expires, the current player loses and their opponent wins. This limit does not apply to the ship-placement phase in Battleship.

Computer opponents act algorithmically. A difficulty setting or random element does not guarantee a particular result.

6. Fair use

You must not bypass security, overload the service through automation, exploit defects, access another user account or match without permission, or use unlawful, threatening or offensive content.

The Service Provider may restrict access that endangers security or other players.

7. Availability and changes

The Service Provider aims for continuous availability, but maintenance, defects or third-party outages may interrupt access. Features and game rules may be changed for reasonable operational reasons; material changes will be announced on the website.

8. Intellectual property

The TableDuel name, branding, software, visual elements and original text are protected works of the Service Provider or its licensors. Personal, non-exclusive use is allowed; copying, selling or republishing them independently requires permission.

9. Liability

The service is for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for interruption caused by the internet connection, user device, third-party provider or force majeure, or for indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability for deliberate conduct or gross negligence.

10. Account termination

Users may delete their account from the profile at any time. The Service Provider may restrict or terminate access in case of serious or repeated breach, security risk or legal obligation.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change when the service, applicable law or technology changes. The current version and effective date are available on this page.

12. Governing law and complaints

Hungarian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protection available under the law of the consumer’s residence. Complaints may be sent to info@elevenmasters.com. Consumers may contact the competent Hungarian conciliation body or bring proceedings before a court.
