2. Data processed
Guest play: display name, invite code, game state, moves, timestamps and a random technical identifier linked to the session.
Account: email address, secure password hash, display name, language, email verification and login timestamps, match history and favourite opponents. We store secure hashes of time-limited tokens for account activation and password reset.
Technical data: IP address and server logs, browser and device data, and consent choice. With consent, Google identifiers and events may be processed; with adult marketing consent, Google and Meta identifiers and events may also be processed.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Gameplay and account functions are processed to perform the contract or take steps requested before providing the service. Security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting rely on the Controller’s legitimate interests.
Mandatory retention relies on legal obligations. Analytics and marketing technologies rely on voluntary consent that can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Recipients and processors

With consent, Google Ireland Limited may support usage measurement and advertising services, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may support marketing measurement. The email delivery provider configured for production may access the data required to deliver account emails.
5. International transfers
Google and Meta may use global infrastructure, so some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers may take place only under GDPR-compliant mechanisms used by the provider, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Account data is kept until account deletion. On deletion, the account and favourites are removed; a technical match record may remain without the account link to preserve game integrity and security. Account activation tokens are valid for 24 hours and password reset tokens for 60 minutes; they are invalidated after use.
The session lasts until the browser is closed and the consent choice for up to six months. Security logs and backups are kept only as long as necessary for troubleshooting, security and recovery. Data required for legal claims may be retained until the applicable limitation or statutory period ends.
8. Children’s data
The games are available to minors, but users under 16 need permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account and consent to optional processing. Marketing tracking is not enabled for users under 18.
A legal guardian who believes that a child’s data is processed without proper permission can request investigation and deletion at info@elevenmasters.com.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to info@elevenmasters.com. We normally respond within one month.
10. Security
We use parameterised database queries, password hashing, session protection, email verification and access controls. No internet system can guarantee zero risk; if an incident occurs, we take the measures required by law.
11. Automated decisions
The computer opponent selects moves automatically under the game rules. This is not automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects under the GDPR.
